This series is rooted in the energy of my viral poem How to Slay a Dragon and centers on self‑exploration through creative practices, including journal and poetry prompts, small‑group discussions, and other free‑writing exercises. It is designed for both writers and non‑writers.

PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK (February 2026):

“Well done…! You did a fantastic job with the materials and the construction of the course ... This is about to crack us all open emotionally. I’m excited about this workshop and taking further notes.

“I was surprised by what came out in my writing and actually will explore it further for myself…I'm looking forward to the "homework" and doing the self-exploration with vulnerability and honesty. Thanks for sharing your magic.”

“The vulnerability of the space felt so beautiful. Overall, [it] reminded me that writing and creating are not meant to be occasional acts for me. Rather, it is an essential ritual for my daily existence and healing…”

I’ve been “healing” myself for decades. And as they say, these wounds are like an onion with many, many layers. What I appreciate about ‘Slaying the Dragon’ is the lovingly provocative prompts and the encouragement to deal with it creatively.

All four sessions are included in the ticket price, and participants are encouraged to attend each for the full experience.
